4. UPenn Experimental Physics Research AcademyThe Experimental Physics Research Academy is for students interested in physics and astronomy. Students work on research projects, learn about advanced topics in physics, and attend lectures by UPenn faculty. Specifically, students will focus on mechanics, electromagnetism, quantum dynamics, and astrophysics. AI ScholarsFor students who may not be able to travel to UPenn and are seeking a fulfilling summer experience taught by graduate students and alumni from top universities, consider Inspirit AI, a live online AI-project building class in which students will learn about the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and its ever-growing applications. Instructed by faculty members of Penn's esteemed Biological Basis of Behavior program, the Neuroscience Academy acquaints students with this innovative field in both research and medicine, which has furnished critical knowledge regarding the mind in various states of wellness and illness. 8. Penn Carey Law Pre-College AcademyPenn Carey Law Pre-College Academy is for students interested in law and justice. Students attend classes taught by UPenn Law faculty, participate in mock trials, and visit local courts. This three-week intensive program allows high school students to preview life at an Ivy League law school. During the final week, students will be able to select a specialized area.
